Hello. My name is Jonathan Serrins, OD. I am a third generation optometrist with a family legacy serving the Central Valley of California with vision and eye care services since the late 1970s.

I've been practicing optometry since 2016 and have been a private practice owner since 2019. During this time, I have worked to recruit associate optometrists to my 3 private practices in Visalia, Hanford, and Fresno, CA.

Most optometry recruiters and job sites charge fees; some of which are very high.

This lead me to create my own recruiting service, EyeFindJobs LLC. My idea is to offer a website that connects optometrists with potential employers at no cost.

My goal is to recruit associate optometrists to my practices, but at the same time connect other optometrists to potential employers.
